1. Product Condition & Images

All products sold on RefurbishedPrams.com are refurbished, not new.
Product images shown on our website may include manufacturer or stock photos used for visual reference.
The actual item you receive may differ slightly in colour, accessories, or minor cosmetic details.
Every product listing includes a condition grade (e.g. Grade A, B, or C) that reflects the pram’s physical condition and level of refurbishment.
By purchasing, you accept our grading standards and agree that your product will fall within the parameters described in our Grading Guide.
Any minor wear or cosmetic imperfections are considered normal for refurbished products and do not affect functionality or safety.

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, or specifications without notice.
In the rare case of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel or refund the order before dispatch.

3. Order Acceptance

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion in cases such as suspected fraud, inaccurate stock information, or payment issues.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.
We are not responsible for courier delays once an item has been dispatched, but we will always help you track and resolve issues where possible.

5. Returns & Warranty

All purchases are covered by our 14-day return policy and 3-month functional warranty.
Returns are accepted if the item is unused, in the same condition received, and within the stated timeframe.
Warranty coverage applies to functional faults only — not cosmetic wear, accidental damage, or issues caused by misuse.

6. Liability

While we take every step to ensure our refurbished prams are safe and reliable, we cannot accept liability for damage, injury, or loss arising from misuse or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.
All refurbished prams meet brand-approved safety standards and are inspected by our certified technicians before sale.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and content on RefurbishedPrams.com are the property of Refurbished Prams or our partners.
You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any content without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with UK law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
