1. Shipping Policy
UK Delivery
We currently deliver across the UK. All refurbished prams are carefully packaged, safety-checked, and shipped using tracked courier services.
Delivery Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days after payment. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your pram is on its way.
Delivery Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel size.
Local Collection (optional)
If you’d prefer to collect your pram from our workshop, simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout. We’ll email you once it’s ready.
Delays or Issues
We always aim to deliver on time, but occasionally courier delays happen. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@refurbishedprams.com and we’ll resolve it quickly.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel completely confident when buying from RefurbishedPrams.com.
14-Day Return Policy
You can return your pram within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it’s unused and in the same condition as received.
How to Return
Email us at support@refurbishedprams.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return label or collection service (a small return shipping fee may apply).
Refunds
Once your pram is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund under your warranty terms.
3. Warranty Terms
Every refurbished pram sold on RefurbishedPrams.com comes with a 3-month functional warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
What’s Covered:

Frame, wheels, brakes, harness, and folding mechanisms

Functional defects not caused by misuse or accidental damage

Repairs or replacement parts (where available)
What’s Not Covered:

Normal cosmetic wear (scratches, minor marks, fading)

Damage from incorrect use, accidents, or third-party repairs

Accessories or add-ons not sold with the original product
How to Claim:
Email support@refurbishedprams.com with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue. Our technicians will assess and arrange repair, replacement, or refund depending on the case.

The actual item you receive may differ slightly in colour, accessories, or minor cosmetic details.

Every product listing includes a condition grade (e.g. Grade A, B, or C) that reflects the pram’s physical condition and level of refurbishment.

Any minor wear or cosmetic imperfections are considered normal for refurbished products and do not affect functionality or safety.
5.2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, or specifications without notice.

In the rare case of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel or refund the order before dispatch.
